What began as an intimate brunch, a space for connection and shared purpose among women of color in the industry has evolved into a movement. Sisters in Sole is a celebration of sisterhood and collective power carried by each woman in the room.

Over the years, it has grown from a heartfelt fellowship into a thriving community that uplifts, empowers, and inspires. In 2025, Sisters in Sole reached a milestone with the launch of its Executive Leadership Retreat a space for executive women leaders.
