Stephon Sparrow currently serves as the Head of Basketball Product Line Management at PUMA. Originally from Montclair, New Jersey, Stephon received his formal education from Morehouse College and Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Stephon has over 15 years of experience in the sportswear industry and has held various product creation and marketing roles in both footwear and apparel, which includes 6 years working internationally in China.

On a personal level, Stephon spends most of his time traveling, playing golf and basketball, dj’ing and with family. Stephon believes that we are all life-long students and that observation is the key to personal growth.

When in doubt Stephon always carries two reminders from his parents with him, the first being; “Value who you are, value the uniqueness of your own journey and understand how to apply this value to your surrounding environments”. The second coming from his mother which is: “Don’t let someone who doesn’t have the authority to tell you no, actually tell you no”.
