Shawn Williams is a Designer for Lifestyle Footwear at Vans, where he helps bring new product concepts to life for one of the world's most iconic footwear brands. His path into industry was anything but traditional. After working as an employment specialist supporting people with disabilities, Shawn pursued his passion for design through the Pensole Design Academy and a VF Corporation footwear design apprenticeship program. Today, he combines creative storytelling, product design, and a deep commitment to community impact, using design as a vehicle to create opportunity, representation, and connection within the footwear industry.
