Kenneth Anand is a veteran attorney and cultural strategist. Kenneth has more than 22 years of experience advising top designers, athletes, and brands on intellectual property, design protection, licensing, and complex dealmaking.

Kenneth is an internationally-recognized author, law professor, and the co-author and founder of Sneaker Law: All You Need to Know About the Sneaker Business (V1 & V2). Often called the sneaker industry’s bible, Sneaker Law is widely adopted and taught at dozens of institutions including Harvard Law, the University of Miami, and Parsons. It is also the only Uniquely, Sneaker Law is both a credible textbook in universities and a coveted coffee-table book, sold at sneaker stores worldwide.

Kenneth previously served as General Counsel and later Head of Business Development at Yeezy, helping navigate category-defining product, partnerships, and brand strategy alongside artist and creative visionary, Kanye West. In the Vans v. MSCHF "Wavy Baby" federal court case, Kenneth was recognized in court as a sneaker expert.

Today, Kenneth leads client relations at Jayaram Law, representing some of the world’s most influential creatives and cultural brands. He also recently co-founded the Creative Legal Alliance, a pro-bono accelerator initiative that provides high-level legal and business support to established artists and designers who might not otherwise have access.

Kenneth is a lifelong sneakerhead and hip-hop aficionado. He lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, Safia, and two sons, Alex and Deven.
