
JESSICA ROSE
Dr Jessica Rose is a thought leader in Industry Education. She has worked for fifteen years as a Higher Education Educator at Columbia University, Portland State University, and University California Los Angeles, and as a Global Leader in University Relations and Early Career programs for fortune 500 companies. In 2020 she co-founded an industry first education to career pathway platform S.E.E.D., School for Experiential Education in Design. Jessica has also held roles in corporate strategy, organizational transformation, and building diverse high performing global teams. Most recently Jessicafounded i.e., Industry Education, a leadership education platform and apprenticeship network with leading corporations that enables diverse creatives an accessible pathway to turn their dreams into meaningful professional careers. Jessica serves on the Sister’s in Sole Leadership team, driving expanded programming including an Executive Women’s leadership retreat and Speaker Series.
As a lifelong learner Jessica has enjoyed sharpening her craft in the classroom and recently completed her Doctorate at University of Southern California in Organizational Change and Leadership publishing on the topic of Industry Education. She holds a master’s in education from Wake Forest University and a bachelors from Georgetown University. Jessica has lectured and published on topics of Leadership, Social Change, and Inclusive pedagogy, most recently at SXSW, Black Footwear Forum, and Fortune Brainstorm Design. Jessica served on the adidas United Against Racism Coalition and was identified as an adidas' High Potential Leader.
In her free time Jessica stays busy with her two sons, reading, staying active and travel.
