Jatonah is a Detroit native and three-time Pensole Lewis College alumna.  She began her journey as a 19-year-old apprentice and has quickly grown into a full-time apparel designer.  She already has a diverse portfolio of high-profile apparel collections including Shohei Ohtani Signature, Klutch Athletics, Grey Day, MADE in USA apparel and BEAMS x New Balance Japan.

Jatonah brings a strong sense of community and creativity to her work.  Her creativity spans across art, graphic design, and illustration.  Her work is rooted in design, collaboration and partnership.  This has all factored to her growth at New Balance and in the PLC program.  

Jatonah is a passionate mentor and champion for the next generation of PLC students.  She is committed to fostering growth, opportunity and representation in the industry.
