Jared brings over 25 years experience in product creation, innovation and digital tools. Jared manages a broad team including design, project management, engineering, 3D Visualization, Computational Design and the Sports Research lab.

Jared started his career at Reebok designing product for top level athletes in the MLB, NFL and NBA. Jared was Under Armour's first footwear designer. His design and leadership skills helped Under Armour launch their business into footwear. Under Jared's design, innovation and digital leadership at New Balance he has helped the brand grow into a multi-billion-dollar brand that it is today. 

Jared is a future thinker with a keen eye for innovation and is always looking towards the future. He has been a pioneer in 3D visualization and digital space leading New Balance into the modern age of product visualization. As the leader of innovation, Jared is taking athlete and consumer insights and creating new product and athlete experiences.

Jared holds a Bachelors of Industrial Design from Syracuse University. When Jared's not at work, you can find him restoring classic cars.
