Iman Tyson is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Enablement & Delivery at adidas. With extensive experience in supply chain transformation, business enablement, analytics, project management, and emerging technologies, Iman partners closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, accelerate strategic initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance across the supply chain. He leads cross-functional teams focused on enterprise reporting, AI enablement, program delivery, and business transformation, helping adidas navigate growth and innovation in a dynamic marketplace.

Originally from Washington DC, Iman earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and both a Master of Science in Materials Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University. He was a two-sport athlete at Brown, earning All-Ivy Track & Field honors in the 400m. Over the course of his career, he has led transformation, innovation, and manufacturing initiatives across the footwear, apparel, automotive, consulting, and supply chain industries. His experience includes leadership roles at adidas, Under Armour, Bridgewater Associates, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Ford Motor Company.
