EARL COOPER
Earl Cooper is the Co-Founder of Eastside Golf, a lifestyle golf brand committed to raising awareness of golf among youth and non-golfers while inspiring a new generation to embrace the game authentically. Since launching Eastside Golf alongside fellow Morehouse College alumnus Olajuwon Ajanaku, Cooper has helped grow the company into a globally recognized brand through groundbreaking partnerships with organizations including Nike, Jordan Brand, Mercedes-Benz, and the NBA.
A PGA Professional and nationally recognized instructor, Cooper has been named one of Golf Digest’s Best Young Teachers in America for 10 consecutive years. He began his career as the first African American assistant golf professional at both Detroit Golf Club and Wilmington Country Club before becoming Head Golf Professional at the Union League Golf Club at Torresdale.
Cooper is a graduate of Morehouse College, where he helped lead the golf team to the 2010 PGA National Collegiate Championship. Today, his work sits at the intersection of sport, culture, business, and community—using golf as a platform to create access, build meaningful partnerships, and open doors for the next generation.
