Deverin McNeill currently serves as Team Head of Apparel Design for PUMA Basketball. Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, Deverin attended Southern Connecticut State University, where he played wide receiver on the football team. He later continued his education at the Katharine Gibbs School of Design, earning an AAS degree in Merchandising and Apparel Design.

As a creative leader with more than 20 years of industry experience, Deverin has built his career developing future-forward design strategies that connect storytelling, sport, streetwear, culture, and brand purpose. His strength lies in translating big-picture creative vision into tangible, culturally resonant product narratives—from initial concept and seasonal strategy through design development and final execution.

Outside of work, Deverin enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, visiting museums and art galleries, and attending sporting events.
