Conor Richardson is the Community & Striper Engagement Manager at Foot Locker, where she helps shape how the brand shows up for its people and communities. Her career has moved across professional sports, retail, and independent brands, with experience spanning the Chicago Bulls, Boston Celtics, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Playa Society.

Across her career, Conor has led community initiatives, major events, brand partnerships, and programs that connect people to opportunity and turn ambitious vision into real-world impact. Her work has included leading large-scale community experiences, supporting multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts and leveraging the resources of major brands to expand access, opportunity, and investment in the communities they serve.

A former Division I basketball player, captain and coach at Duquesne University, Conor was later inducted into the university’s Athletics Hall of Fame. That athlete’s mentality still shapes how she moves today — seeing the floor, recognizing opportunity, and making the play.
