Ben Lee is currently the Sr. Director of HR Global Brands at adidas. He is an accomplished HR professional with deep expertise in business partnering, culture transformation, and leadership development. As Sr. Director of HR at adidas, Ben partners with senior leadership to shape a high-performance, inclusive culture across a global organization recognized for creativity, innovation, and purpose-driven impact.

Ben earned an MBA from the Carroll School of Management and MA in Higher Education from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. He is an alumnus of the Global High Potential Program at adidas, recognizing him as a high potential talent while preparing him to take on more complex and demanding leadership roles. Ben was formerly the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for North America at adidas.
