Tai Neal: VP, Strategy, Foot Locker

Tai Neal serves as the Vice President of Strategy at Foot Locker, Inc., where she leads the strategy for Foot Locker, Inc.'s Leading Education & Economic Development (LEED) initiative. LEED is the company’s commitment to invest in, amplify, and empower the Black community that has been pivotal in shaping sneaker culture.

Tai’s career spans over 20 years in the luxury and athletic industries with merchandising and executive experience in global marketplaces, omni channel, strategic planning, and revenue growth.

Before joining Foot Locker, she held positions at Ermenegildo Zegna and Bloomingdale's. In addition to being a proud native of Harlem, NY, Tai is also a HBCU graduate from Hampton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. In 2015, she received the SGB 40 under 40 award, which recognizes industry leaders in the athletic industry making a difference.
