Monique Shekarchi: Key City Marketing Manager, Lululemon

Monique has worked within the footwear and apparel industry for 6.5 years. Starting in the industry at adidas Canada as Sr. Manager Key Cities Management (Toronto & Vancouver). She most recently joined Lululemon as the key cities marketing Manager for Toronto and has had the opportunity to see the industry through many lenses. She continues to push the importance of community and the way Black people are viewed and heard. In her career she's witnessed how important community truly is to the human experience, and how the impact and opportunities communities contribute to one's journey can be priceless.

She balances her time as much as possible, as a mother of 4 amazing children and a wife. She is also the CEO & Owner of Mob Seafood Corp a food truck business. Monique is focused on building opportunities and generational wealth for her children and community.
